The purchase of a ticket involves the complete acceptance of the rules shown at the entrance.
For any reason the staff is not allowed to refund the price of a purchased ticket.
All those entitled to free admission must show valid ID at the ticket office.
Requests for photo/video shootings inside the Statue’s Park, or requests for free tickets for journalists, must be submitted in advance to: statuasancarlo@ambrosiana.it

Minimum necessary visiting time approximately 30 minutes.
STATUE OF SAN CARLO
Children between 6 and 10 years old can access the statue only if accompanied by an adult responsible for the child’s ascent and descent.
Children up to 5 years old cannot access the interior of the Statue.
The flow of visitors inside the statue is regulated by the ticketing staff.
Maximum time spent inside: 10 minutes.
OTHER WARNINGS
Please note that the interior of the statue has architectural barriers that make the access difficult for people with motor and visual disabilities.
The ascent is not recommended for people suffering from vertigo or claustrophobia.
In order to protect their own safety, people with heart disease and pregnant women are not allowed to climb inside the Statue.
It is forbidden to bring backpacks, big bags and umbrellas inside the Statue.
It is not permitted to enter the interior of the statue wearing flip-flops or slippers.
It is forbidden to use photographic equipment or video cameras during the ascent and descent phase; these objects must be well fixed to the person’s body.
It is forbidden to bring animals inside the statue.
Safety harnesses and helmets are available on request.
The waiting time to go inside the statue may vary depending on the turnout (even over an hour). Please , check the waiting time at the ticket office before buying tickets.
The staff is not responsible if the waiting time exceeds the forecasts communicated verbally.
We inform Visitors that the whole area inside the Statue of San Carlo is connected to an audio-video recording device, used in compliance with the current Privacy law regulations.
SAN CARLO CHURCH
The Church of San Carlo is open on the same days and times as the Statue, according to the guidelines provided by the CEI.
