The statue of Saint Charles stands in Arona, on the top of a hill north of the town.
From Switzerland, Verbania or Stresa: along National Road 33 (SS33), please take via Verbano.
From Milan: A8 motorway exit Castelletto Ticino, direction Arona. From the town centre, please follow the signs “Statua di San Carlo”.
From Turin: A26 motorway exit Arona, direction Arona. From the town centre, please follow the signs “Statua di San Carlo”.
Parking facilities: on the square in front of the statue, there is a paying car park. Not far, a free parking area.
