AGGIORNAMENTO: a causa delle pessime previsioni meteorologiche per giovedì 05 settembre, la Statua rimarrà chiusa al pubblico per questioni di sicurezza. Annullata anche l’apertura serale.

Giovedì 5 settembre ci sarà l’ultima apertura serale della Statua di San Carlo ad Arona: il colosso di Arona apre fino alle ore 22.00 per far conoscere la sua storia pionieristica con il fresco della sera.

Le aperture ci hanno accompagnato per tutta l’estate e hanno permesso a centinaia di persone di conoscere la storia di questo Colosso: una visita guidata al calar del sole e una salita fin dentro alla testa, per godere della vista sul lago e sulle montagne, oltre alla possibilità di ammirare l’incredibile lavoro di ingegneria e architettura che rendono questa statua unica al mondo.

LE PROPOSTE

Sera sarà possibile visitare la Statua abbinando anche un aperitivo o un cocktail nel vicino ristorante Terrazza Paradiso.

Ecco il dettaglio delle proposte:

• soluzione aperitivo + visita: dalle ore 18.30 aperitivo alla Terrazza Paradiso e a seguire (ore 20.00) ingresso e visita guidata alla Statua (si raggiungerà il terrazzo panoramico e per chi lo vorrà, sarà possibile salire anche all’interno della Statua fino alla testa*)
• soluzione visita + cocktail: alle ore 21.00 ingresso e visita guidata alla Statua (si raggiungerà il terrazzo panoramico e per chi lo vorrà, sarà possibile salire anche all’interno della Statua fino alla testa*) e a seguire alle ore 22.00 cocktail alla Terrazza Paradiso
• soluzione solo ingresso: per chi non desidera seguire la visita guidata e partecipare all’aperitivo, è possibile accedere liberamente alla Statua dalle ore 18.30 alle 20.00 (possibilità di raggiungere il terrazzo e di salire nella statua fino alla testa*)

*L’accesso all’interno della Statua avviene a gruppi di massimo 10 persone per volta. I tempi di attesa sulla terrazza dipendono quindi dall’affluenza

BREAKING NEWS: because of the bad weather the Statue will be closed Thursday 5th Semptember.

Thursday 5th September there will be the last evening opening of the San Carlo’s Statue in Arona, from 6.30 pm to 10.00pm.

The openings will be the oppotunity to know the history of the Statue dedicated to Saint Carlo Borromeo, born in Arona in 1538. During the visit you will reach the terrace in order to admire the beatiful view on the lake and also enter the Statue up to the top.

THE PROGRAM

You can visit the Satue and also taste an aperitif or cokatil on the terrace of the Restaurant Terrazza Paradiso, located at the side of the Statue. You can choose between different programs:

• aperitif + visit: since 6.30 pm aperitif on the terrace of the Restaurant and the guided tour (in italian) at the Statue (at 8.00 pm). You can reach the terrace or if you want you can also enter the Statue up to the top*
• visit + cocktail: at 9.00 pm guided tour (in italian) at the Statue (you can reach the terrace or if you want you can also enter the Statue up to the top*) and at 10.00 pm cockatil on the terrace of the Restaurant
• entrance only: between 6.30 pm anda 8.00 pm  you can visit free the Statue

*The waiting time to go inside the statue may vary depending on the turnout
