NORME DI ACCESSO AL PARCO DELLA STATUA DI SAN CARLO:

• I visitatori sopra i 12 anni dovranno esibire il green pass per essere ammessi
• L’accesso alla biglietteria avverrà una persona per volta.
• Verrà misurata la temperatura.
• Saranno distribuiti guanti monouso.
• Sarà necessario tenere la distanza di sicurezza di un metro in tutta l’area di parco e terrazza.

NORME ANTI-COVID PER L’ACCESSO ALLA TERRAZZA E ALL’INTERNO DELLA STATUA

Per l’accesso alla terrazza e all’interno della Statua, oltre alle norme indicate sopra, verranno applicate le seguenti prescrizioni:

• L’accesso all’interno della Statua è consentito solo con green pass e a partire dai 12 anni compiuti.
• I bambini al di sotto dei 12 anni potranno accedere solo fino alla terrazza, anche senza green pass.
• Sarà necessario indossare la mascherina durante la salita alla Statua e per tutta la permanenza sul terrazzo.
• Il flusso di visitatori all’interno della Statua verrà contingentato dal personale.
• Possono accedere contemporaneamente all’interno della Statua nuclei famigliari di massimo 6 persone
• Singoli e non congiunti possono accedere all’interno della Statua una persona alla volta
• Per l’accesso è obbligatorio l’uso di guanti monouso forniti gratuitamente dall’Ambrosiana
• Tempo massimo di permanenza all’interno: 8 minuti
• L’accesso all’interno della Statua è possibile solo in “zona bianca”.

ACCESS RULES TO THE PARK OF THE STATUE OF SAN CARLO:

• Visitors over 12 years old must show their green pass to be admitted
• Only one person at a time can access the ticket office.
• Visitors are measured body temperature when entering.
• Disposable gloves are distributed.
• It is necessary to keep a safety distance of one meter throughout the park and terrace area.

ANTI-COVID RULES TO BE ADMITTED TO THE TERRACE AND INSIDE THE STATUE

In addition to the anti-covid rules indicated above, the following requirements apply:

• Access to the interior of the statue is allowed only with a green pass and from 12 years of age.
• Children under 12 are admitted up to the terrace, even without a green pass.
• It is necessary to wear a mask during the ascent to the Statue and for the entire stay on the terrace.
• The flow of visitors inside the statue is regulated by the ticketing staff.
• Families of up to 6 people are admitted at the same time.
• Individuals can enter one person at a time.
• To get inside the Statue, the use of disposable gloves provided free of charge by Ambrosiana is mandatory.
• Visitors can stay inside the statue for no longer than 8 minutes.
• Access to the interior of the statue is possible only if Piedmont is in “white zone”.

OTHER WARNINGS

• A tutela della propria incolumità, è vietata la salita all’interno della Statua a persone affette da disabilità motorie, cardiopatie, donne in gravidanza e ai non vedenti.
• È sconsigliata la salita a persone che soffrono di vertigini o claustrofobia.
  È vietato introdurre all’interno della Statua zaini, borse ingombranti e ombrelli.
• È vietato utilizzare apparecchi fotografici o telecamere nella fase di salita e discesa; tali oggetti dovranno essere ben fissati al corpo della persona.
• È vietato introdurre animali nell’area verde e nella statua.
• A richiesta sono disponibili le imbracature di sicurezza e i caschetti
• Il tempo d’attesa per salire all’interno della statua può variare in funzione dell’affluenza (anche oltre un’ora), verificare presso la biglietteria il tempo d’attesa prima di fare i biglietti.
• Il personale non è responsabile se il tempo d’attesa supera le previsioni comunicate verbalmente.
• Su prenotazione è consentito ai gruppi composti da più di 20 persone di fermarsi all’interno dell’area verde nella pausa pranzo.
• Si comunica che tutta l’area all’interno della Statua di San Carlo è collegata ad un dispositivo di audio-video registrazione, utilizzato nel rispetto della normativa vigente del Garante della Privacy.

• It is forbidden to use photographic equipment or video cameras during the ascent and descent phase; these objects must be well fixed to the person’s body.
• It is forbidden to bring animals into the green area and into the statue.
• Safety harnesses and helmets are available upon request.
• The waiting time to go inside the statue can vary depending on the turnout (even over an hour), please, always check the waiting time at the ticket office before buying tickets.
• The staff is not responsible if the waiting time exceeds the forecasts communicated verbally.
• Upon reservation, groups of more than 20 people are allowed to stop inside the green area during the lunch break.
• We inform you that the entire area inside the Statue of San Carlo is connected to an audio-video recording device, used in compliance with the current Privacy law.
